PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management device and process of a video and audio information reproduction system which can be easily remotely controlled from the center through a remote communication network.SOLUTION: A database 11 having a plurality of array sets 1101 to 1111 is provided, each array includes grouped information about any of a jukebox constitution, jukebox use, and fee payment, the database 11 is managed by a computer server 10 provided with connection means to video and audio information reproduction systems 100.1 to 100.n. Firstly, a message transmitted from each video and audio information reproduction device and including information necessary to update a prescribed array set existing in the database is received, and secondly, the message is transmitted to each video and audio information reproduction device, and data or a program of each video and audio information production device is updated by information transmitted by the message stored in at least one array set 1110 of the database. |
