PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which is not restricted in use even when it is not necessary to guide a light beam, by including not only a light guiding function but also a light shielding function, and an optical assembly for construction therefor.SOLUTION: In the optical assembly for construction comprising a discoloring element and a light shielding element, the discoloring element generates a discoloring effect by receiving a light beam, and the light shielding element is installed adjacently to the discoloring element and shields a part of light beams having a wavelength within a predetermined range. Therefore, the optical assembly for construction is capable of including a light shielding function and a light transmitting function. Further, when utilizing the optical assembly for construction for a blind, such a blind is also capable of including the light shielding function and the light transmitting function. |
