An automatic cleaning device for printed circuit board and the operation method thereof. The automatic cleaning device for printed circuit board includes a pallet (1), a transport unit (2), a lifting unit (3), a cleaning unit (4) and an offload platform (5). The lifting unit (3) includes a horizontal part and a vertical part. When the lifting unit (3) goes down to the lowest position, the upper surface of the transport unit (2) and the upper surface of the horizontal part of the offload platform (5) are at the same horizontal position. The lifting unit (3) is located at the lower part of the cleaning unit (4). The offload platform (5) is located at the upper part of the transport unit (2). This invention can not only save manpower, but also realize standardization of the cleaning process and improve the efficiency. |
