PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily respond to a dehumidification operation simultaneously requiring sufficient control to a cooling operation and a heating operation, to thereby enable temperature control at low dew point and in a wide range to attain precise temperature adjustment in the dehumidification operation.SOLUTION: A precise temperature adjustment apparatus 1 communicates with a compressor 2, adjusts the ratio of an amount of a refrigerant K sent from the compressor 2 by a split flow adjustment unit 3, and circulates the refrigerant to a cooling system refrigeration cycle Cc and a heating system refrigeration cycle Ch. The precise temperature adjustment apparatus 1 includes: an intermediate confluent unit 5 at which a refrigerant K flowing out from a condenser 4h for heating of the heating system refrigeration cycle Ch and a refrigerant K flowing out from a condenser 4c for radiation of the cooling system refrigeration cycle Cc are made confluent; and an intermediate split flow adjustment unit 7 that adjusts the ratio of the refrigerant amount with respect to the refrigerant K made confluent by the intermediate confluent unit 5, and flows the refrigerant to an evaporator 6c for cooling of the cooling system refrigeration cycle Cc and an evaporator 6h for endotherm of the heating system refrigeration cycle Ch. |
