PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device that prevents malfunction due to deformation during baking and that effectively transmits displacement of a piezoelectric layer.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device P1 includes: a laminate 2 that has a plurality of laminated piezoelectric layers 11 and 12 and main surfaces 2a and 2b facing each other in a lamination direction of the piezoelectric layers 11 and 12; a plurality of individual electrodes 20 that are arranged on the main surface 2a and are electrically insulated from each other; and a common electrode 40 that is arranged in the laminate 2 and that is sandwiched between the piezoelectric layer 12, which makes up the main surface 2b, and the piezoelectric layer 11 adjacent to the piezoelectric layer 12. The piezoelectric layer 12 is thinner in thickness than the piezoelectric layer 11. The common electrode 40 is thicker in thickness than the other electrodes 20. |
