PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial direction clutch device which solves a problem that application of a unidirectional clutch or an over-running clutch is restricted.SOLUTION: In a forcible movement type radial direction clutch device of C type joint structure, a bendable C type joint structure assembly (100) to be drive by an active side rotation part (101) is radially installed between the active side rotation part (101) and a driven side rotation part (201) of the radial direction clutch device. When the active side rotation part (101) is in a state of adding no torque in the opposite direction of bending and projecting directions of a C type joint to an active arm (111) of the C type joint structure, and when the driven side rotation part (201) is driven in the same direction or the opposite direction of the bending and projecting directions of the C type joint, a forcible movement roller (118) to be installed in a forcible movement arm (112) of the C type joint structure is retreated according to an extended slope (203) of a tooth form tank (204) inside the drive side, and idled between the driven side rotation part (201) and the active side rotation part (101). |
