PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder capable of mounting/demounting/drawing/cutting easily operated easily with a single hand.SOLUTION: By a vertical holder having a core rod (2) at the center of a floor plate (1), the diameter and height of the core rod are set so that a roll bottom face can slope 2 degrees or more with respect to the floor plate, and the wall side of the floor plate is formed into a smooth face (3) while the opposite side is formed into a highly frictional face (4) having warty rubber adhered thereto. As a result, paper can be mounted/demounted by a single hand. In addition, the contact between the roll bottom face and the frictional face can be weakened to pull out the paper by pulling the paper upward (7) away from the wall, and the contact between the roll bottom face and the frictional face is intensified by pulling the pulled-out paper downward (8), so that the paper can be easily cut off in the vicinity of the departure from the roll. For the paper with an easily cut quality, a smooth face is covered with a cover (5) for increasing the floor height, so that the contact between the roll bottom face and the frictional face is weakened to prevent the paper cut at the initial drawing. |
