PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attribute information to be associated with a document image, such as a scanned document based on a paper document, on the basis of data pertaining to activities to obtain the paper document.SOLUTION: A user registers with a scheduler 20 user's schedule including a destination and the day and hours of visit, pays the scheduled visit, photographs with a camera-equipped mobile terminal 30 a first page of a paper document received at the destination, and registers the photographic image with a photograph temporary memory 14. The user scans the paper document with a scanner 40, and registers the resultant scanned document with a scanned document temporary memory 16. A scanned document registration processor 18 searches the photograph temporary memory 14 for any photographic image resembling the image of the first page of the scanned document in the scanned document temporary memory 16, acquires the day and hours of shooting from a file of the acquired photographic image, and searches the scheduler 20 for a scheduled day and hours matching the day and hours of shooting. The scanned document is registered with a document DB 50 with the destination of visit so retrieved as an attribute. |
