摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnosis method of a polymer porcelain tube capable of estimating the progress of deterioration on a boundary surface between a jacket and an FRP cylinder and of evaluating the remaining life.SOLUTION: In this deterioration diagnosis method of a polymer porcelain tube, a plurality of test pieces composed of an FRP member and a silicone rubber member are disposed in an electric power station in which the polymer porcelain tube is installed, and are regularly collected; a peeling test is performed by making cross-cuts on the collected test pieces; the boundary destruction rate is calculated on the basis of a result of the peeling test; a boundary strength value corresponding to the boundary destruction rate is calculated with the use of a boundary strength/boundary destruction rate curve and a lapse time is calculated at the same time; an attenuation curve of the boundary strength which exponentially attenuates is obtained on the basis of data on the current boundary strength value and the lapse time and data on a boundary strength value and a lapse time obtained at the time of previous collection; and a secular change curve of the boundary strength is obtained with the use of the boundary strength/boundary destruction rate curve and the attenuation curve of the boundary strength.
