Each element includes a main body having at least one substantially planar first portion or lens which at least partially allows the transmission of light. The decorative elements are interconnectable to form an assembly and the installed assembly includes a plurality of layers of lenses. The plane of each lens is substantially parallel to the plane of the transparent surface. |
