More particularly, the present invention relates to a compound selected from the group consisting of Gemcitabine, Obatoclax Mesylate, Docetaxel, HA-14, Alsterpaullone, GSK3B inhibitor VIII, GSK3B inhibitor XV, Indirubin 3'- monoxime, L glutathione reduced, Fluocinolone acetonide, Tirofiban, Topotecan hydrochloride, Clofarabine, Vinblastine, Menadione Crystalline and derivatives or analogues thereof for use in the treatment of an influenza infection in a subject in need thereof. |
