Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for applying offer to purchase transactions at settlement. An exemplary apparatus is configured to determine at least one transaction associated with a user's financial institution account; and determine, when processing the at least one transaction, whether to apply at least one offer to the at least one transaction. The at least one offer enables the user's financial institution account to receive a discount or a rebate on the at least one transaction. The user may transmit the at least one offer to a second user. In some embodiments, the at least one offer is applied to the at least one transaction based on whether the user transmitted the at least one offer to the second user and/or whether the second user executed at least one transaction associated with the at least one offer. |
