The present invention is a golf tee and proprietary golf tee training system, and method for its use, in which modern era golf clubs are scientifically tested contacting a golf ball to determine the optimum point of contact on the face of each club in relationship to the height of a teed golf ball. Visible indicia or depth insertion indicator rings and corresponding visible indicia or club select indicators, as integral parts of a unique and proprietary golf tee training system, are used to indicate to the golfer on the shank of the tee as to the ideal depth of insertion of the golf tee to allow a teed golf ball to be at the optimum height in relationship to the optimum point on the club face for each and every golf club in a golfers bag. By using this proprietary scientific pre-set system, any golfer can choose a club, identify it by name on the Exact Tee and tee the golf ball perfectly each time with no training or experience. |
