A magnetic core polishing jig system according to the present invention is a magnetic core polishing jig in which a wound magnetic core is cut along an axial direction thereof and the magnetic core is fixed such that the cut surface can be polished. The present invention includes: a base plate that forms a horizontal plane; an upper and lower surface fixing plate that is placed on the base plate in such a manner that the cut surface of the magnetic core faces upwards and that is in contact with and fixes upper and lower surfaces of the magnetic core in a direction vertical to the axial direction of the magnetic core, the upper and lower surface fixing plate being movable in the axial direction; and a side plate that is in close contact with a side surface of the magnetic core and is assembled with the base plate such that the cut surface of the magnetic core remains horizontal.
