The invention relates to the food industry, more specifically to the production of biologically active food supplements for increasing muscle mass in athletes. The invention contains rhaponticum, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin E and fillers (calcium stearate, talc, lactose). The novelty of the invention resides in the additional introduction of drone brood in the following component ratio (mass%): 1-70 - drone brood; 5-70 - rhaponticum; 1-70 - ascorbic acid; 0.05-30 - vitamin E; remainder - fillers. The fillers may be in the form of, for example (mass%): 0.92-0.95 - calcium stearate; 3-6 - talc; remainder - lactose. The result is a biologically active food supplement that produces the technical result of a rapid build-up of muscle mass in athletes. |
