Disclosed are a dry vacuum pump unit and a dry vacuum pump with same. The dry vacuum pump unit comprises a pump body, a first cover plate, and a driving and a driven rotor shaft, wherein the first cover plate is mounted on one side of the pump body, the driving and the driven rotor shaft are rotatably mounted in the pump body, rotors on the driving and the driven rotor shaft are engaged with each other, and the first cover plate and the pump body are respectively provided with an intake opening and an exhaust opening in communication with the interior of the pump body. The dry vacuum pump comprises a dry vacuum pump unit, an electric motor unit, a transmission unit and a closure plate unit, wherein each of the units are independent of each other and have the same interface such that the modules are connected to each other via connections. By using the dry vacuum pump unit, the processes for fitting and assembling the vacuum pump are simplified. It is convenient for transportation, user's usage, repair and maintenance of the vacuum pump and fast connection of vacuum systems, thus improving the flexibility in applicable situations and the expandability of usage for the vacuum pump, so that it is beneficial for the scale production of the dry vacuum pumps.
