PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification method of building, capable of making effective use of electric power in emergency by constructing emergency spaces for existing buildings.SOLUTION: The present invention is a modification method of unit houses for constructing emergency spaces in existing unit houses 1, and includes: a process for installing both a photovoltaic power generation apparatus 2 and a power storage device 3 as needed; a process for constructing aggregate areas 11 in the unit houses; and a process for connecting directly or indirectly connecting the photovoltaic power generation apparatus and the power storage device with power lines 51B, 51C, and 51D of the aggregate areas 11. |
