PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode illuminating device capable of improving the responsibility immediately after dimming start by making start-up of a power supply quick when the light-emitting diode illuminating device is connected with a dimmer which adjusts a voltage and current to be supplied to a light source by means of phase control by a thyristor or triac.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode illuminating device that is connectable with a dimmer 1 adjusting at least a voltage to be supplied to a light source by means of phase control by a thyristor or triac, the illuminating device using a light-emitting diode 2 as the light source, comprises: a current supply part supplying a drive current to the light-emitting diode 2; a controller 13 controlling the current supply part to supply the drive current to the light-emitting diode 2 depending on variation in output voltage of the dimmer 1; and a power supply part generating a power supply voltage of the controller 13 from the output voltage. The power supply part outputs a power supply voltage to the controller when the output voltage of the dimmer 1 increases and becomes higher than the power supply voltage by a predetermined voltage or more. |
