PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch image forming method and a scratch image forming apparatus by which scratch images can be formed in a small amount, a variety of types, and arbitrary shapes, a wide variety of types of paper can be used, and a feel when scratching the scratch images can be significantly improved.SOLUTION: A scratch image forming method for forming an image by laminating a masking ground layer and scratchable masking layer in this order on an image to be masked by electrophotography correspondingly to the image to be masked. The scratch image forming method includes at least the following steps of: (1) a masking ground layer forming step of forming the masking ground layer by using clear toner; and (2) a masking layer forming step of forming the masking layer by using colored toner. |
