PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably shave off a surplus liquid cosmetic, prevent a smoothing member from slipping out of an opening neck part, and easily mount the smoothing member to the opening neck part.SOLUTION: A smoothing member 6 has a two-layer structure 15 in which an elastic smoothing cylinder 13 and a deformation preventing cylinder 14 harder than the above cylinder are fitted, so that when an applicator 11 passes through a scraping part 8 of the smoothing cylinder 13, a surplus liquid cosmetic adhering to the applicator 11 is preferably shaved off by the elastic smoothing part 13. On the other hand, an opening neck part 4 is held from above and below by a flange part 16 and an engaging projection 17 of the hard deformation preventing cylinder 14, and the engaging projection 17 of the deformation preventing cylinder 14 is largely projected in the radial direction, so that the smoothing member 6 is prevented from slipping out of the opening neck part 4, and even if the engaging projection 17 is thus largely projected in the radial direction, the engaging projection 17 is displaced inwards by a plurality of slits 18 communicating the inside with the outside of the deformation preventing cylinder 14 in mounting the smoothing member 6 to the opening neck part 4. Thus, the smoothing member 6 is easily mounted to the opening neck part 4. |
