When a novel negotiable value balance from which the use balance has been subtracted therefrom in use processing is less than the predetermined balance, the system for games performs automatic charge processing on a condition that the reserve settlement amount is stored in the reserve settlement account that is managed by a management server computer associated with storage medium identification information of a non-contact storage medium. |
