PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic type electrochemical device sealing body that prevents an electrolyte leak in a hermetic type electrochemical device containing electrolyte such as a capacitor and a lithium battery because in the case where a metal sealing plate and a metal terminal are molded integrally with a gasket such that the axis of a metal terminal is placed in a terminal attachment hole of the metal sealing plate via the gasket made of synthetic resin material, the boundary surface between the gasket and the metal sealing plate and metal terminal breaks away by a heat cycle at the time of use of the hermetic type electrochemical device due to thermal expansion rate difference between metal material and synthetic resin material, and the electrolyte leaks.SOLUTION: The hermetic type electrochemical device sealing body includes: a first wall part 5 that includes a wall surface, which is the circumferential edge of a terminal attachment hole 4 protruding toward the axial direction CD of a metal terminal 2, is annularly provided on a metal sealing plate 1 and buried in a gasket 3, and a second wall part 6 that includes a wall surface which crosses an axis 23 of the metal terminal 2 and the edge of the wall surface is protruded toward the axial direction CD is annularly provided on the outer peripheral surface of the axis 23 and buried in the gasket 3. |
