PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which can increase a battery size without being limited by parts such as a circuit board.SOLUTION: A portable telephone 1 comprises: a front face side cabinet 4 having a recess 3 for displaying on the front side; a rear face side cabinet 6 attached to the front face side cabinet 4; a metal plate 13 integrally formed with the front face side cabinet 4 and having a battery housing part 10 arranged at a rear side of the recess 3 for displaying; a display panel 2 fitted into the recess 3 for displaying; a circuit board 5 arranged at a rear side of the metal plate 13 and housed in the rear face side cabinet 6; and a battery 20 housed in the battery housing part 10 and arranged between the display panel 2 and the metal plate 13. |
