PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress malfunction of a circuit due to deterioration of a transistor in the circuit that has at least two inputs affecting one output of a logic circuit or the like.SOLUTION: In a circuit that has at least two inputs affecting one output of a logic circuit or the like, a transistor that continuously outputs a signal of a given level (L-level signal) is constituted so as to change (invert) the direction of current that flows through the transistor. That is, the levels of voltage applied to a first terminal and second terminal (terminals serving as a source or drain) of the transistor are interchanged every given period, thereby switching the source and drain with each other every given period. Specifically, in a portion which continuously outputs a signal of a given level (L-level signal) in a circuit including a transistor, an L-level signal having a plurality of mutually different potentials (L-level signal whose potential is changed every given period) is used as the signal of the given level. |
