PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a para-type wholly aromatic copolyamide drawn fiber excellent in tensile elastic modulus.SOLUTION: There is provided a para-type wholly aromatic copolyamide material fiber obtained by a wet spinning or semi-dry wet spinning. A method for producing a para-type wholly aromatic copolyamide drawn fiber having tensile elastic modulus of 630 cN/dtex or more comprises performing a hot drawing under high tensile force for hot drawing the para-type wholly aromatic copolyamide material fiber under a tension of 1% or more and less than 20% based on the breaking tension thereof at a temperature of 50°C or more and 450°C or less, while the fiber not being scratched with metal parts of apparatuses. |
