PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing system, and a program, capable of preventing quality of image processing results from deteriorating.SOLUTION: An image processing device 4 comprises: a holding unit 74 which holds information on reading performance of a reading device evaluated on the basis of the image read by the reading device; an inquiry information receiving unit 76 which receives inquiry information on availability of image processing for the image read by the reading device; and an availability information transmission unit 80 which transmits information on the availability of image processing determined on the basis of the reading performance of the reading device held by at least the holding unit 74 with respect to the inquiry information received by the inquiry information receiving unit 76. |
