PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra fine endoscope apparatus and an endoscope system, capable of changing a straight tubular state to the bent state of bending at a desired bending angle in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An insertion part 7 of an endoscope has a tip hard part 19 and a flexible tube 20. An observation optical system 22 and an image guide 24 are stored in the tip hard part 19. The flexible tube 20 is provided with a pair of sliding projection parts 36a, 36b, and a pressing projection part 40 is disposed at the base end side of the sliding projection part 36a. A guide sheath 4 in which the insertion part 7 is stored is provided with a cam groove and a guide groove formed on the inner peripheral surface. The insertion part 7 is rotated around an axis by sliding between the sliding projection parts and the cam groove, and also the insertion part 7 can be changed in the bending direction. A taper surface of the guide groove is pressed by a pressing projection part 40 to bend the insertion part 7 together with the guide sheath 4. |
