PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous lithium type storage element having a large amount that can be substantially used for an input/output at a large current.SOLUTION: An electrode laminate body formed by laminating a negative electrode body in which a negative electrode active material layer is provided on a negative electrode collector, a positive electrode body in which a positive electrode active material layer is provided on a positive electrode collector, and a separator; and a nonaqueous electrolyte liquid containing an electrolyte including lithium ions are housed in a housing. The negative electrode active material is a carbon material, and the positive electrode active material is active carbon. In a nonaqueous lithium type storage element, a ratio R2/R1 between internal resistance R1(&OHgr;) calculated by discharging a constant current at a current value I(A) at which a charging state is 100% to 3C, and stopping discharging when the discharging state reaches 95%, and internal resistance R2(&OHgr;) calculated by discharging a constant current at the current value I(A) at which the charging state is 100% to 3C, and stopping discharging when the discharging state reaches 50%, is 0.95-1.05. A product of an electrostatic capacity F(F) and the internal resistance R1(&OHgr;) is 2.3 or less. |
