PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material for flexible flat cables that is superior in high frequency property, has excellent mechanical strength and flexibility, and facilitates control of pitches of a conductor.SOLUTION: A coating material for flexible flat cables includes at least a substrate sheet and an adhesion layer. The adhesion layer is composed of a textile material, and the textile material is composed of a material having a melting point of 80°C to 200°C.
