PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water production apparatus with which washing with ozone water is surely performed when installed on a pipeline for a large flow rate, in addition, with which downsizing and space saving are achieved, and further, with which the ozone water can be produced easily responding to a failure even when the failure has occurred.SOLUTION: An ozone water production apparatus 100 is equipped with: a plurality of ozone water production cells 20A-20D which produce ozone water by supplying raw material water to a catalytic electrode having a cation-exchange membrane 31, an anode 32, and a cathode 33 and applying direct current voltage between the anode 32 and the cathode 33; an apparatus body 10 in which the plurality of ozone water production cells 20A-20D are contained; a plurality of supply channels 16A, 16C, 17B, 17D which are formed on the apparatus body 10 and which supply the raw material water to the respective anodes of the plurality of ozone water production cells 20A-20D; and a plurality of discharge channels 18A, 18C, 19B, 19D which are formed on the apparatus body 10 and which discharge the ozone water produced in the respective ozone water production cells 20A-20D. |
