PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the existence probability of a transport material (recombination part) isolated in a photoelectric conversion layer.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes a photoelectric conversion layer composed of at least one kind or more of a hole transport material and electron transport material between a hole-collecting electrode and an electron-collecting electrode. In the photoelectric conversion layer, a composition ratio of the hole transport material to the electron transport material forms a slope in a film thickness direction thereof. |
