PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an eaves from being formed on an etching end of an electrode or electric wiring using a laminated film, and secure sufficient step coverage for an insulator film and a conductive film formed on the electrode or electric wiring.SOLUTION: The display device has an electrode for display and electric wiring arranged in a lower layer of the electrode for display, a laminated film composed of IZO/Mo/Al from the top layer being used for at least one of the electrode for display and the electric wiring.
