<p>Disclosed is an inspection well apparatus resistant to differential settlement, comprising a well cover (1) and a well body (2), wherein a bearer plate (3) is provided underneath the well cover (1), a well cover placement hole (31) being formed on the bearer plate (3), and the area of the bearer plate (3) facing a well body top opening (21) being at least greater than an area formed by the outer edge of the well body top opening (21). The bearer plate (3) is located above the well body top opening (21) and the lower surface thereof is separated from the well body top opening (21). Raising blocks (4) are provided underneath the outer edge of the bearer plate (3) in such a way as to support the bearer plate, a part of the raising blocks (4) going beyond the outer edge of the bearer plate (3). Even though the inspection well apparatus serves to repeatedly bear the load of vehicles for a long time, the apparatus can still prevent differential settlement of the well cover and the well body relative to peripheral roads. Moreover, the present invention further provides a method of constructing such an inspection well apparatus resistant to differential settlement.</p> |
