<p>[Problem] To provide a diaphragm structure which provides a moveable body with a sufficient stroke and which has durability enabling the diaphragm structure to be used for a long period of time. [Solution] A diaphragm (10) for separating a fluid chamber (2) and an area (11), the area (11) not permitting fluid to enter the area, is provided with: a cylindrical diaphragm section (10b) which extends in the direction of the axis which is the direction in which a moveable body (7) mounted within a body (1) moves, the cylindrical diaphragm section (10b) having one end thereof affixed to the moveable body; and an annular diaphragm section (10d) which continues to the other end of the cylindrical diaphragm section (10b), extends in the circumferential direction centered on the axis, and has the outer end side thereof affixed to the body. The relationship between the length (L1) of the cylindrical diaphragm section in the direction along the axis and the length (L2) of the annular diaphragm section in the radial direction is set to be L1 >= 0.5 × L2. The cylindrical diaphragm section (10b) deflects together with the annular diaphragm section (10d) when the moveable body (7) is moved.</p> |
