PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scattering of paste drooped from a nozzle discharge port in rotating a paste supply syringe to transform from a state where a paste discharge port faces downward to a state where the port faces in a horizontal direction.SOLUTION: By reciprocating a syringe 14 several times in an X-axis direction at predetermined swing width R1 using an approximately intermediate position [T] as a starting point, a tread portion Pa hanging down from a paste discharge port 15a to a mask plate 13 is cut off at a position near its intermediate portion. Then, the syringe 14 is moved to an approximately intermediate position [T], using the position as a starting point, the syringe 14 is reciprocated several times (arrow i2) again at a swing width R2 smaller than a swing width R1 in performing a paste cutting action from the paste discharge port 15a to shake off a part of paste Pb which is left hung down. After that, by moving the syringe 14 in an end portion direction (arrow j) toward a guide member 44, the syringe 14 is rotated (arrow h2) around an axis line 41 to make it transform into a horizontal storage position. |
