PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-reduced and inexpensive plastic hermetic foundation packing for construction, which is interposed between a continuous footing (concrete) of a construction and a wooden sill and has performances of cutting off a flow of air passing vertically and horizontally, preventing humidity from the continuous footing from reaching the wooden sill, and simultaneously cutting off air entering the underfloor part from the outside.SOLUTION: The hermetic foundation packing has a long plate-like body and a structure in which a large center through hole A having a rectangular cross section is provided along a longitudinal direction, two or more small side edge through holes B having a rectangular cross section and a width narrower than that of the center through hole A are provided at right and left sides along both sides of the center through hole A, and at predetermined positions of a top face and a bottom face of the long plate-like body, filament protruding parts comprised of elastic materials are provided in a longitudinal direction and horizontally symmetrically with respect to a center vertical plane. |
