PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable line sensor by an AF sensor.SOLUTION: A solid state image pickup device includes a plurality of line sensors having a plurality of pixels aligned in one line including an amplifier for amplifying a signal corresponding to electric charge accumulated in a photoelectric converter and a signal line for reading signals of respective pixels in the line sensors. The plurality of line sensors are arranged discretely and the signal lines are wired converged along a region where a circuit block including the line sensors is arranged. This technology, for example, can be applied to an AF sensor. |
