PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make highly accurate measurement of an effective value and an average value as well for a measurement target signal whose cycle is unknown, simultaneously.SOLUTION: An effective value measurement device includes; a windowing processing unit 4 which applies windowing processing to the predetermined number of sampling data D1 (data D2) for a measurement target signal S1 to output the resultant data as window data D3; an effective value measurement unit 5 which performs an effective value measurement process to compute and output an effective value Drms of the measurement target signal S1 based on the window data D3; a DC-superimposed AC average value measurement unit 6 which performs a DC-superimposed AC average measurement process to compute and output a DC-superimposed AC average value Dava of the measurement target signal S1 based on the window data D3; and a DC average value measurement unit 7 which performs a DC average measurement process to compute and output a DC average value Davd of the measurement target signal S1 based on the window data D3. The effective value measurement unit 5, the DC-superimposed AC average value measurement unit 6, and the DC average value measurement unit 7 concurrently perform the effective value measurement process, the DC-superimposed AC average value measurement process, and the DC average value measurement process, respectively. |
