PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed roller excellent in both performance of hydrolysis resistance and wax swelling resistance in paper feeding after toner fixing. SOLUTION: The paper feed roller after toner fixing includes a shaft body and an elastic body layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft body and obtained by crosslinking a rubber composition, the rubber composition includes a polymer component, a filler and a crosslinking agent, the polymer component includes ester system polyurethane and ether system polyurethane, ester system polyurethane/ether system polyurethane is 90/10 to 50/50 in terms of a mass ratio, and the rubber composition includes 10 pts.mass to 40 pts.mass of the filler with respect to 100 pts.mass of the polymer component.
