The present invention relates to a site operation handheld terminal for managing material and human resource among construction resources to improve construction efficiency. To be specific, the present invention relates to a handheld terminal to obtain material identification data of materials taken in/out to/from a site, to obtain material identification data and location data to check the utility status of material, such as loading, temporary storage, used places, from the site, to obtain real time location data for handheld terminal operation manpower, to merge location data and material data, and to transmit to a server with wireless communication. To have the above function, the present invention is implemented with RFID, bar code, embedded system, GPS, LBS, wireless communication technologies, and transportability is secured by minimizing system and using battery.
