The purpose of the present invention is to stably maintain arms. The brake apparatus comprises a brake disc, a plurality of armatures, a moving device, a plurality of fixed units, and a plurality of fixing units. The brake disc rotates according to the rotation of a shaft in a rotary electric machine. The plurality of armatures is placed to face the brake disc. The moving device moves the plurality of armatures corresponding to the brake disc. The plurality of fixed units is placed at the pitch to the plate side of the armature of the brake disc. The plurality of fixing units is installed at the pitch to the plate side of the brake disc of the armatures in order to be fixed to the fixed units. And, the phase of the fixing unit formed in at least one of the plurality of armatures is different from another phase of the fixing unit formed on the other armatures. |
