<p>Detergent compsn. comprises 5-25 wt.% water-sol anionic, nonionic, ampholytic and/or zwitterionic synthetic detergent (pref. a sodium liner 8-18C alkylbenzene sulphonate), 10-25 wt.% amorphous water-sol. sodium silicate having Na2O:SiO2 ratio of 1:1-3, 10-50 wt.% sodium carbonate, -bicarbonate and/or -sesquicarbonate, and 25-60 wt.% sodium sulphate. The compn. may also contain 2-20 wt.% of a lower mol. wt. builder salt contg. >=2 carboxylate gps. (eg. sodium citrate) and 0.5-5.0 wt.% sodium borate or sodium CMC.</p> |
