<p>The device has a flywheeling diode (D1) switched in series with an electronic switch (S2), and a capacitor (C1) chargeable over a supplementary diode (D2) in a forward direction, when the electronic switch is closed. The capacitor is discharged when the electronic switch is opened. A resistor (R1) is switched in parallel to the capacitor. Another switch (S1) i.e. n-channel MOSFET, is switched in series with the flywheeling diode beside the electronic switch, and bridged with the supplementary diode.</p> |
