<p>The device (20) has a control unit (24) detecting usage of a concrete escape route (23) based on hazard characteristic repeatedly detected at the escape route by detectors e.g. LIDAR detector (4a). A hazard characteristic value of the escape route is linked with space-oriented distribution information, in particular regarding height distribution, and the escape route is continuously evaluated. The control unit dynamically controls a signaling unit (25) that is arranged in or at the escape route, corresponding to the evaluation of the escape route. The detectors are pollutant detector, fire detector and smoke detector. An independent claim is also included for a method for guiding an escape route for people during evacuation of a building.</p> |
