The valve cover (4) has a drive formed as a linear piezoelectric motor (2), and a valve pin (1) is moved axially with the drive in an adjustment direction. A spring acts parallel to the linear piezoelectric motor on the valve pin, particularly a plate moved axially in the adjustment direction is firmly connected with the valve pin. The spring acts on the valve pin through the axially movable plate. A control unit is provided for temperature control, which controls the linear piezoelectric motor in response to an actual room temperature. A power generating device is formed as a thermoelectric generator (3) that is directly mounted on the valve cover.
