The present invention relates to a cleaner device which removes transferred object residues stuck on a conveyor belt for transferring mine transferred objects, bituminous coal as fuel for a thermoelectric power plant, coal transferred objects, bituminous coal as fuel for iron making, coal, iron ore, etc. To be more particular, the present invention relates to a belt cleaner device having a function of removing dusts generated when a transferred object falls into an outdoor storing place or an indoor storage hopper by being transferred through a conveyor belt, and when a blade of the cleaner device removes transferred object residues stuck on the surface of the conveyor belt. Provided in the present invention is a belt cleaner device having a scattering dust removing function, which comprises: a blade unit which removes transferred object residues stuck on the belt surface of a crawler-type conveyor belt being rotated by a driving roller; a conduit which is a moving path of a dust suppressant supplied from the outside; and an injection nozzle which is combined with the end of the conduit. Multiple blade units are combined by a combining shaft, and are installed at the driving roller side in a position where the object transferred by the conveyor belt falls in order to press the conveyor belt, forming a curved surface by winding on the driving roller, at a fixed pressure. The injection nozzle is formed such that the dust suppressant injected through the injection nozzle hits the belt surface of the conveyor belt forming the curved surface by winding on the driving roller and then spatters toward the falling object.
