A technique for causing a person to blink voluntarily while watching a display device which displays an image under control of a computer. A computer (10) is connected to the display device (20) and a digital camera (30). The digital camera (30) takes a face image that is a moving image of a user's face and sends face image data relating to the face image to the computer (10). The computer (10) detects blinking of the user from the face image data. When judging that blinking of the user becomes less frequent than a predetermined reference frequency, the computer (10) displays such an object which annoys the user, on the display device (20). The computer (10) continues the display of the object until the user blinks next. |
