The present invention relates to a refrigeration and/or heating method for setting desired temperatures in at least a first (1) and a second (2) chamber by means of a heat transport medium, the heat transport medium circulating in a common closed heat transport circuit (3) and being compressed and heated in a compressor (4), cooled in at least one cooler (7) and supplied for expansion and further cooling to an expansion apparatus ( 9 ), a changeover being capable of being made between different operating states of the heat transport circuit (3) by means of valves (12, 13, 14), with the result that the heat transport medium can be supplied, selectively compressed and hot or, after cooling and expansion, cold, to the chambers (1, 2) and a corresponding refrigeration apparatus. The invention makes it possible for a refrigeration vehicle (18) with a plurality of chambers (1, 2) to operate especially efficiently. |
