The present invention relates to a nitrogen generator which discharges nitrogen by abstracting nitrogen from air and comprises a timer automatic regulation part for controlling the supply replacement time of a compressor in order to stop the operation of the compressor when the amount of nitrogen usage reaches the amount of the nitrogen usage of an external device. To this end, the nitrogen generator of the present invention comprises: the compressor which supplies compressed air to the nitrogen generator with air inhaled on standby; a first tank which receives the compressed air from the compressor and separates nitrogen; a second tank which receives compressed air from the compressor and separates nitrogen; an absorbent which is arranged at the inner space of the first tank and second tank in order to absorb oxygen contained in inflow air; a nitrogen storage part which alternatively receives nitrogen from the first tank and the second tank and stores the nitrogen; a gas discharge part which injects the nitrogen discharged from the nitrogen discharge part into the external device by including a connection means connected to the external device; a control part which controls the nitrogen storage part and nitrogen generator so that the content of oxygen supplied to the inner space of the first tank and second tank is maintained at 100 ppm; and the timer automatic regulation part which controls the supply replacement time of the compressor alternatively supplying compressed air to the first tank and second tank so that the content of oxygen supplied to the inner space of the first tank and second tank is maintained at 100 ppm. |
