The present invention relates to a PTC heating cable with a flexible cable shape. Especially, the present invention relates to a three-phase PTC heating cable maintaining phase balance. A three-phase electrode is composed of three heater electrodes surrounded with a semi-conductive polymer composition with PTC properties in an insulating coating member. The phase balance is maintained by locating the electrodes in the longitudinal direction of the heating cable with the same distance between the electrodes.
